Timothy O. Cramer, Commercial Lender and Vice President, is a 40-year banking professional who has served the North and Central Florida markets since 1996. Prior to joining Cypress Bank & Trust, Timothy held commercial lending roles with Florida Business Bank, Bank of America, and Huntington Bank. He was also instrumental in expanding the SBA504 loan program throughout Florida from 2002 to 2019 with Florida Business Development Corporation, a Certified Development Company who administers the SBA504 Program. He began his career in 1981 with Citizens Bank in Manchester, New Hampshire. Cramer earned his B.S. in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University and is also a graduate of Babson College Commercial School of Banking. He has been on various committees of the United Way and has assisted classes for the Dale Carnegie Institute.

Early in her career, Mercedes built a name for herself as the first Hispanic female banking executive in Central Florida and is well-known for her many contributions to the community. She has served in various nonprofit Board of Directors roles, including the first female President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Chair of Orange County Housing Finance Authority, Board member of Jobs Partnership, and founding member and Past Chair of HBIF, now Prospera.

Ryan Johns, Senior Personal Banker and Assistant Vice President, began his banking career in 2011 with a national bank. He soon ventured out of corporate banking and into community banking as an Assistant Branch Manager. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce and a minor in Public Relations and Psychology.

Kristie is a graduate of The University of North Florida, earning a Bachelor of Administration in International Business with a minor in International Relations. She interned with The North Florida Green Chamber of Commerce, working under the Executive Director, to achieve the mission of expanding awareness, networking and mentorship in the industry of sustainability. Kristie and her husband, Dustin, are originally from the small town of Dunnellon, Florida, but have made Jacksonville their home after falling in love with the unique and vibrant city.

Chris Myers, Senior Relationship Manager and Senior Vice President, has over 30 years of experience building relationships with clients in the banking industry. Chris relocated to Brevard County, FL in 2013 and began working as branch manager for Florida Bank of Commerce. She later joined Cypress Bank & Trust in May 2021. Her prior career pursuits include working for Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Weston, MO, as Director of Religious Education and Confirmation Formation. Chris serves on several community Boards including Habitat for Humanity of Brevard County, Children’s Home Society of Florida – Space Coast Regional Advisory Board, Bridges BTC, Rotary Club of Suntree, and Hey, Blue Advisory Council.

Meredith Olivera, Personal Banker, began her banking career in 1999 working for a national bank. From there, she took her talents to a small community bank where she felt her clients were like family. She has worked in several capacities of banking including as a teller, banker, lending and fraud detection areas. Meredith holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associate’s Degree in Accounting.
