A South Florida native, Chad brings a strong background in finance, research, and operations. He began his career in corporate finance before serving as a Summer Analyst at a hedge fund, where he focused on equity research. Most recently, he supported the operations of an early-stage startup through a single-family office in West Palm Beach.
Chad earned his degree in Finance from Florida State University and is passionate about helping businesses across South Florida achieve their growth objectives. We`re excited to have him on the team and look forward to the impact he will make for our clients and communities.

Originally from Chile, Carla is bilingual in English and Spanish. Saving and investing matter, but so does having the right documents in place. When was the last time you reviewed yours?
Here are the key documents every individual and family should have organized and up to date:
1. Last Will & Testament. Without one, state law decides who inherits your assets. Review it after any major life change.
2. Power of Attorney. Designate someone you trust to manage your financial affairs if you`re unable to.
3. Healthcare Directive. A living will and medical power of attorney ensure your wishes are honored if you can`t communicate them yourself.
4. Beneficiary Designations. These override your will. Check them annually on life insurance, retirement accounts, and other financial assets.
5. Financial Account Inventory. Keep an updated list of all accounts, policies, and digital assets in a secure location. Make sure someone you trust knows how to access it.
6. Insurance Policies. Confirm your life, health, property, and liability coverage still reflects your current needs.
